Estimates are normally non-chargeable. Occasionally estimates may incur a charge depending on the complexity, the nature of the work and the area / time of the appointment. Any charge made will be deducted from the final invoice and you will be made aware of any additional charges before any work has been performed.
We accept payment by cash or by any major credit card (including Visa, Mastercard and American Express) which is paid to the Engineer on site upon receipt of invoice.
Customers in London will be charged the London Congestion Charge & parking fees. All rates are subject to VAT & exclude the cost of materials which are charged at cost plus 30%
Annual maintenance contracts are available for businesses.
If, after booking our specialists you decide to cancel your appointment then this is subject to a cancellation fee. This equates to a one hour labour charge @ £40 + VAT. If this fee is not met, further action will be taken to recover this fee.
